Certification Readiness Program

What is the certification readiness program?

It's a structured process to get your company ready for ISO 9001 or AS9100 third-party management system certification. If you are a company owner or are in charge quality for your company, we recommend this service as it will simplify and shorten your path to certification. This program enables many companies to get certified in as little as ninety days with an investment of $20,000.

Why hire us?

Having led companies through the process and with extensive third-party auditing experience, we know what auditors are looking for and where organizations tend to perform poorly in an audit.

Our years of experience in manufacturing engineering have taught us to find the most practical, and cost-effective solution to any problem.

This combination of intimate auditing knowledge and manufacturing common sense allows us to ensure you meet applicable requirements at the lowest possible cost. With Towers of Quality, you get results and save money.

Structured process, customized implementation

We structure a program that fits your organization and can get you ready in as little as ninety days. We guide you through each step of the process while minimizing disruptions to your daily operations. Along the way, we provide any necessary training to ensure your organization is able to maintain its own certification going forward, with or without our services.

The process applies just as well regardless of the standard or type of the organization (product or service, manufacturer or distributor, etc.). However, factors like size and maturity level can affect the implementation timeline.
