course content
This two-day workshop prepares employees to become effective internal auditors. The value of this course goes beyond meeting the requirement to conduct internal audits. Graduates will be able to identify opportunities for improvement that will make the organization more effective and efficient.
On day one the students take a deep dive into ISO 1004 and develop a full understanding of the requirements, as well as the reasons behind the requirements.
Day two is focused on helping students of different backgrounds learn the principles and techniques of effective process auditing to the requirements of the ISO 14001 environmental management system standard. If you have an established audit program in place, we train the class participants to use your procedures, templates and forms. That way, they are ready to start auditing for you as soon as the class is complete.
